We answer within one business day, usually sooner. Please include your order number if you have one. It is in your order confirmation email.

What we can help with

• Your report has not arrived. Check your spam folder first, then email us and we will resend it or re-run the search.
• Cancelling a subscription. Sign in at wefindcheater.com/account and cancel in one click, or email us and we will cancel it for you. No phone call, no questions asked.
• A charge you do not recognise. Charges from us appear on your statement as SP WFC SEARCH, not as WeFindCheaters. If you are unsure about a charge, email us before you contact your bank. We can usually sort it out the same day.
• Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
• Deleting your data. Email us and we will remove your search details. See our Privacy Policy.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you anything about a person beyond what the search returns, we cannot remove someone else's profile from a dating network, and we cannot provide reports for employment, tenancy, credit or any other screening purpose. See our Terms of Service.
