Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of wefindcheater.com and the services offered on it (the "Services"). By placing an order or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read the section on Permitted Use and the section on What This Service Is Not carefully. They set real limits on what you may use the Services for.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by MIVIN LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, of 8 The Grn, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

2. What we sell

1 Search. $1.99, one-time. We check the dating networks listed on the site for a profile matching the details you provide, and email you a report. Reports are normally delivered within minutes. One free rescan is available within 7 days of your order.

The Sunday Answer. $14.99 per week, recurring. A weekly email. The first week is free. If you do not cancel during the free week, your card is charged $14.99 and then $14.99 every week until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Subscription billing and cancellation

This section is deliberately explicit, because it describes a recurring charge.

• The Sunday Answer renews automatically every week until you cancel.
• The recurring amount is $14.99 per week, charged to the payment method used at checkout.
• The first week is free. The first charge occurs 7 days after your order unless you cancel

before then.

• You may cancel at any time, including during the free week, and cancellation takes effect

at the end of the period you have already paid for.

• To cancel, sign in to your account page at wefindcheater.com/account and cancel in one click, or email info.wefindcheater@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. We will not require a phone call, and we will not ask you to complete a retention process before cancelling.
• We will email you a confirmation once the subscription is cancelled.

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it. If it continues to fail, the subscription ends.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Services only for a lawful purpose relating to your own life, for example checking whether a partner has an active dating profile.

You must not use the Services:

• to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate or surveil any person;
• to gather information about someone you have no legitimate personal connection to;
• in breach of any protective order, restraining order or similar;
• to make any decision about a person's **employment, housing, credit, insurance, or eligibility

for any benefit or licence** (see section 5);

• on behalf of a third party as a paid or unpaid investigator; or
• in any way that breaks the law where you live or where the subject lives.

We may refuse or cancel any order, and close your access, if we believe the Services are being used for any of these purposes. We may do so without notice and without refund.

5. What this service is not

We are not a consumer reporting agency. The reports we provide are not consumer reports as defined by the US Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and must not be used for any purpose covered by the FCRA. That includes decisions about employment, tenancy, credit, insurance, or professional licensing. We do not verify anyone's identity, and we do not supply information for those purposes.

We are not a background check, an investigator, or a legal service. Nothing we provide is legal advice or evidence, and nothing we provide should be treated as proof of anything about another person's conduct.

6. Accuracy and what we can and cannot promise

We search the networks listed on the site using the details you give us. What we can find depends entirely on what those networks make available and on the accuracy of the information you provide.

We therefore do not promise that:

• a profile belonging to a particular person will be found, even if one exists;
• a profile we surface belongs to the person you had in mind. Names, ages and photos are not

unique, and matches may be coincidental;

• an empty result means no profile exists; or
• results are current, complete, or free from error.

A result is information, not a conclusion. Decisions you make about your relationship on the basis of a report are yours alone.

7. Your information and the subject's

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to give us the details you submit. We do not notify the person you search for, and we do not sell search details. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Charges from us appear on your statement as SP WFC SEARCH, not as "WeFindCheaters".

9. Refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you or anyone else makes on the basis of a report.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted. For material changes affecting an active subscription, we will give notice by email before the change applies to you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
